How to find Owner/Admin of an App based on URL

Greetings,

As an Office 365 admin I get asked by my users to provide access to an App, dashboard, report, etc

They usually provide me an URL like this:

ttp://app.powerbi.com/Redirect?action=OpenApp&appId=1234&ctid=1344

But when I try it it gives me an error saying I do not have access to it. And since they do not have access to and do not know the name of the App or Workspace I do not know what to do. Is there a way, from the URL above to get:

1. The owner/admin of the app

2. The exact name of the app

With any of this information, I can directly search on my Power BI Admin portal and contact the admin, asking him to provide acess to the end user

What I have done is to get this information from the Audit logs, which contains the GUIDs and the associated names.
