Hi, @Anonymous
In my opinion, I don’t think we can export data in the whole report page into a single excel sheet. You are able to export data from a dashboard tile or a report visual, click on the “Export data” button to export data from one visual, like this:
There are two ways to export.
Select the option for Summarized data if you want to export data for what you see in that visual. This type of export shows you only the data (columns and measures) that are being used to create the visual. If the visual has an aggregate, you'll export aggregated data.
Select the option for Underlying data if you want to see the data in the visual and additional data from the dataset (see chart below for details). If your visualization has an aggregate, selecting Underlying data removes the aggregate.
More info about exporting the data that was used to create a visualization

HI @Anonymous ,
There really is not a way to "export the dataset". There are ways to export data from visuals (with limits). If you are just trying to export the data associated with a report you could make another visual (perhaps a table I would guess) and have that exported as well. Or, you can manually export the data and underlying data (with appropriate permissions and limitations).
The only way to give somebody the dataset itself would be (with permissions) giving the access to it in the Service and they can manually download it, or you could share the .pbix file. But, I don't think that either of those are what you are looking for.
I would appreciate Kudos if my response was helpful. I would also appreciate it if you would Mark this As a Solution if it solved the problem. Thanks!
