How to enalbe otheres to edit reports

I want to enable a couple people in my group to have "admin" style access to the Dashboard, Data set and reports.  Currently I can only seem to share access to the dashboard itself.  How do I select people I have shared the dashboard with and elevate them to "owner" style level.

You can set up a O365 group from within Power BI. From there you can share with your colleagues. This blog post details it pretty well:
