How to enable fullscreen button on embedded Report

Hi,

In the past, I was able to embed reports on my website with an icon that allows for fullscreen, like the below:

For some reason now, when I embed, even though I have allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen" or allowfullscreen="true" that icon doesn't show up and there is no way for me to fullscreen the embedded report. Any ideas why?
