How to download more than 150000 rows in a table visual in power bi service?

Hi Experts,

We are recreating reports in power bi created in Amazon QuickSight earlier.

In Amazon QuickSight upto 1million records can be downloaded, whereas in power bi we can download only upto 150000.

Can you please let me know if there are anyway we can download more than 150000 rows apart from creating PAGINATED Report?

* I have PPU license.

Thanks and Regards,

Tushar Gaurav

Hi. It depends if we are talking about developers or viewers. Developers can export all they want from desktop copying table, using DAX Studio or Bravo external tools or even query it with dax query view to get all rows.

If you are talking about end users, you could create a Power Automate button that will iterate the table for creating group of rows by its limit to get the whole data in csv like this tip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbeMw9jtJB4

I hope that helps,
