How to display real value of sharepoint data into Power BI graphs ?

Hi,

I am new to Power BI service. I have a sharepoint list which has list of records. I want to plot the actual value into graphs.

I have followed below steps:

1. Open the Sharepoint list.

2. Click on integrate -->Power BI-->Visualize the list

The list is getting displayed with count values and not actual values.

I have selected dont summarize the list option. Even then I am not getting actual values.

Please help me plot real values and share few tutorials of making dashboard from sharepoint list in Power BI service.

I have shared the expected graph in excel below.  Similar graph we want to plot in POWER BI. 

Please help.

Our csv file  consists of mix responses-numeric and text both.

However we want to plot only numeric responses.

I am not able to upload excel or csv file in this reply.

Hi  @MAYURIV ,

Some Visual does not support Do Not Summarize.

Do Not Summarize" option apply to the field itself. Once we place the filed into visuals, it will depend on the visual design to use this. In chart visual, "Do Not Summarize" is not available but in a table visual, it can support.

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you.
