How to display live updates after every 5 minutes in power bi publish web link?

I have builded the report using website data which is dynamic and live in the power bi desktop. I have publish the report on power bi services and perform publish to web and generate the link to shared with other and can see the updated data.But I am unable to see live updates happening on website same as in my link report. what should I do to see live updates

Publish to web will make a lot of cache,the cache is long-lived, so if you update the report definition or refresh the report data, it may take a long time before it is updated.Below is the detail.

Usually, in Publish to Web the delay is upto 1 hour. It could be more. If you need live updates you can invite your users in your tenant with a Pro account ($10 per user per month).

Well, Publish to Web is pretty limited and it does a lot of caching so you probably won't achieve what you want going down that route.
