Hello,
I am unable to find an option to upload a default design for my Power BI reports in Fabric. Is this a setting done by the Fabric administrator?
Hi @ph For that you can create a default template with all the colors etc you want to use in your reports.
Create and use report templates in Power BI Desktop

Use report themes in Power BI Desktop

Hey @Wikkleyn_81 ,
thank you, but I know how to do this in Power BI desktop. But I am unable to find the function to change the theme in Fabric / Power BI Service
Hi @PhilippM Is that the Custom branding you want to change?

Hey @Wikkleyn_81 ,
no I mean the "normal" template with colors etc. you mentioned. Just not for reports created in the desktop app (and then uploaded to service), but for reports created directly in Fabric through a Warehouse saved in Fabric. I could post screenshots, but my UI is german.
The ability to upload and manage themes is typically available to report designers and does not require administrator-level permissions.
Could you point me towards where to upload the theme? I can't find it
@PhilippM Microsoft Fabric administrator, administrators typically manage overall service settings and permissions but do not directly set design elements like themes for individual reports.
