Hi Guys,
We have a Task which we perform on daily basis where when the Comment field reflects #N/A we take action. Now i want see for a given month, Lets say for April what is the count in that particular task. How can we use Power Bi or another took to get the results.

Could you please share some sample data and the expected results based on the sample data? So that I can help you better. How to provide sample data in the Power BI Forum - Microsoft Fabric Community Or show them as screenshots or pbix. Please remove any sensitive data in advance. If uploading pbix files please do not log into your account.
As currently I don't know how your data structure looks like. Below is a simple sample data that I have created, hope it helps.

Create a measure as follows
Measure = CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[Task]), FILTER('Table', [Date].[Month] = SELECTEDVALUE(Slicer[Month]) && [Comment] = "N/A"))
