Hi,
I am looking for ways to find out from the Usage Metric dataset, how to know if a report is included in the Published App or not. We have a no. of reports of which only select few make it to the final App. I have been exporing the usage metric dataset about this but haven't found anything yet that will tell if a report is included in the App or Not. Would appreciate any advise, pointeres.. Thanks
Kevin
thanks @Anonymous . I know we can check it there however I was hoping if there was a boolean flag in the Improved Usage Metrics Dataset that lets you filter which reports are in the App (similar to the "Include in app" sign behind the report you mentioned). I can of course use the Distribution Method = App but noticed it doesn't filter the report name as it should. I will explore more to see what I can find.
Hi @Anonymous ,
According to research, Usage Metric Report cannot check whether the report exists in the App. Usage Metric Report can let you have access to improved usage metrics reports. They enable you to discover who's using those reports throughout your organization, and and how they're using them.

You can find the WorkSpace where the report exists, and then check the "Include in app" sign behind the report, so you can check whether the report exists in the app.

Liu Yang
