1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Hi @Anonymous ,

There is no such setting to change the size of the image in the email in the current version(Service version13.0.12816.311).

You better preview the data through the picture in the attachment or go to the report.

You - Microsoft - should really work on a solution for this.

It should be easy to make the preview picture bigger as there is so much space left in the subscription email!

I wanted to add that this is a very very annoying problem. I can not justify sending an email with a tiny screenshot with unreadable text to an executive.  Makes PowerBI look very bad compared to its piers. My only option is now to blow up the text of the report to a massive size and remove most of the other visuals on the report page.

I will add that I found a partial work-around. If you change your canvas size to be very narrow the image in the email will become more readable. The canvas can be as tall as you want and readabiliity will not be impact. This means I have a bunch of very skinny, very tall dashboards that look silly.

I am sorry to make you confused, what I mean is the report size in the email content is so small, just in the 1/3 of the content, you may see this image. And when user get the email then can't see che number clear:2020041402.png
