Hello all,
I am looking for a way of automatically archiving a dataset/report/pbix from the Service to a server/sharepoint/local folder.
I know that there is the option to subscribe to a report, but this is not sufficient as it is a static snapshot as pdf or ppt.
The issue is that if you have visuals that are originally scrollable, you wont have that option in the pdf/ppt.
I am also aware that we can use PowerAutomate to extract raw data to a csv or excel (or via API a whole report, but then I need to configure every single report for every individual, as a central place for storing all reports is not alowed), but I am highly interested in a solution where people can look-up an older version (lets say like a weekly snapshot).
Any guidance on this?
