Hi there,
This is actually valid for both, desktop & service, but marking it with 'Service' location as only here I consider it as a problem.
In the very left bottom of .pbix, I can see information about the page I am currently standing on of the maximum pages: e.g. Page 1 of 4.
All existing pages are taken into an account, including these hidden. In a desktop, I actually don't mind, it is a good indicator for me.
However in a service it is pretty confusing for the end user if there are e.g. only 2 pages available but this indicator says Page 1 of 4.
Is there a way to hide it?
Thank you!
Iva

Hi @Anonymous
This appears to be a new feature of Power BI. However it is showing a page count that includes hidden pages, so as you've found it is confusing users when they view Reports as it details pages they can't see.
Unfortunately I don't know of any user way to remove or change this page numbering. Given these problems I have raised this as an issue.
See: Page numbering on Reports and Apps - Microsoft Power BI Community
If we all vote for it, it may be that this will get fixed soon.
Hope this helps

Hi @Burningsuit, you rock, thank you very much for logging this!
As it is quite handy to have this option in a desktop, it is misleading in a service.
Thank you again!
