So, once in a week, I received this error message amongs my dataflow refresh:
Error: Encountered user gateway exception: '[GatewayPipelineErrorCode]=DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_TimeoutError [ErrorShortName]=GatewayTimeoutException [ExceptionErrorShortName]=GatewayTimeoutException'. RootActivityId = 565db18c-db6f-42a3-85a8-c9a0d6cddf9c.Param1 = [GatewayPipelineErrorCode]=DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_TimeoutError [ErrorShortName]=GatewayTimeoutException [ExceptionErrorShortName]=GatewayTimeoutException Request ID: f0df9aa2-7655-46c2-9e1b-9fd8bb8d508f.
While I would understand the problem as when one of the dataflow occupying the gateway too long causing randomly some others failed when they were assigned to that path due to the congestion. Since there is no control on gateway load balancing, how would you manage the situation?
Shared Capacity set to PPU
Hi @rdnguyen
Does this happen for the specified dataflow , or does it happen to all dataflows? Was it normal before?
