I have a Power BI data set, that is connected to my data base... this is a server to server connnection. The refresh is working.
I added new fields to the data base and expected them to show up in Powewr BI serivice on the next refresh. They did not.
What do i need to do, to see the newly created fields from my data base, in my Power BI service?
@Klarson - It could be that the new fields are being dropped / removed in Power Query transformations. Open the file in Power BI desktop, refersh the data and check if new fields are comming through. If they are not showing up, then you can go to the Power Query editor and check step-by-step.
Hope this helps !

Thank you very much !
It seams to me that the issue is the Server to Server and the original data set we created on the server. I have to change it from there correct? If so how do i do that, and set it up to allow any new fields we need going formard?
This is server to server... I can only access it in Power BI service... or online. To get this to work, we had to set up the on premis data gateway on the server that hosts my database.
