Hey Power BI community,
I am trying to share a powerBi report with a customer outside my organisation.
My problem is that I have already added her with the wrong initial
So I wrote mwn@customer.com instead of mwm@customer.com
Now when I try to give her acces to see the reports it suggest mwn@customer.com even though I have deleted it multiple places from my workspace.
I think that there might be a list with all the people I have added from outside the organisation somewhere. I think that if I can deleted mwn@customer.com from that list it will be easy to add mwm@customer.com because I have done that many times before.
I hope that question makes sense and someone can help me. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @ThomasWeppler ,
You need to go to the Microsoft 365 admin center and find User to delete
Microsoft 365 admin center - Overview - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
Refer to:Manage guest access in Microsoft 365 groups - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Hi @ThomasWeppler ,
Clicking on the yellow label will bring up Delete a user.
For the message "give guest PowerBi pro licens", you can see the following link:

Have your admin delete the incorrect user from Azure, then purge the user from the deleted users container.
Thanks @v-yangliu-msft you are a hero.
For other people who has a similar problem, you are gonna need the rights to deleted users as well, but I am sure your system admin can handel that for you.
