I created a dashboard with a custom theme on PBI Desktop. Then, when I upload it to https://app.powerbi.com/ , it loses the font of my custom theme. I downloaded the Prompt font, installed it, and added it to my theme on PBI Desktop, then when I upload it to service, the font is replaced to Times New Roman. How can I solve that?

Power BI service supports only web safe fonts, Prompt is not recognized I beleive, it falls back to a default font.
Consider using a similar web-safe font like:
Segoe UI (Default Power BI font)
Arial
Verdana
Tahoma
