Hi
I setup an on-pemise data gateway to access MySQL database.
Next i set the schedule refresh for the dataset where i tried to set the failure mails .
Initially I wasn't allowed to add a non-organizational user email but later it did.
but the mail are only sent to the dataset owner.
i tried adding those email user (non-organizational user) to the gateway administrator and it showed me the following error message:

One or more users were not found within your organization. Please remove those users and try again.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

If you share a dashboard with a colleague outside of your tenant, you can't also create a subscription for that colleague unless the dashboard sits in a Premium workspace or app.
You can try to invite external users and set up email alerts for them.
