Hello,
I am working on setting up a Power BI dashboard to be displayed across 6 screens, each 43 inches. The total area covered by the screens is:
6 screens arranged in 2 rows × 3 columns
Total dimensions: 2.88 meters × 1.14 meters
Can you help me configure this dashboard to fit these screens? How should I adjust the dimensions in Power BI for optimal display on these large screens?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Solved! Go to Solution.
How are these displays driven? All connected to the same device? Consider using tools like DisplayMonkey that can handle multi display setups.
Power BI should scale the content automatically, but if you want you can specify custom canvas dimensions.

In addition to the helpful response provided by @lbendlin , providing the below steps which might help you.
Identify the physical arrangement of the 6 screens.Compute the total effective resolution by combining the screens.
Adjust your dashboard size in Power BI to match the total screen arrangement.
Go to File > Options and Settings > Options > Page Size and set your custom dimensions, Large Fonts and Bold Text to ensure readability from a distance.
After publishing the report to the Power BI service, click on the full-screen icon to maximize visuals.
Use a browser's zoom settings to scale the dashboard appropriately for your screens.
Consider external tools like a video wall processor to split a single display feed across the 6 screens seamlessly.
