How Embed PowerBi Workspace in an external portal when Workspace is not avalaible in the list?

Hi Everyone

I have created a report in Power Bi and then published on Power Bi service, in a particular Workspace (named XXXXEmbedded) . Then, I enabled some people to this workspace  as admin as shown below:

(Morever, I don't know why the highlighted ones, that are Microsfot CRM service Portal , are blank )

Then , On Azure Portal was already created a Security group.

This security group has been also added to power bi admin portal->tenant setting->developers settings->Allow service principals to use Power Bi APIs and here I applied the security group created on Azure portal.

My customer, which is also the global admin, says that he does not see the proper workspace XXXXEmbedded listed among the avalaible here on the left side:

 

Could you please tell me if I forget some other step?

and another question: why microsoft crm service portal are blank in the list of user's workspace access?
