Hierarchical RLS not working

Hello Experts, 
I have sementic model on which I have applied dynamic RLS and Hierarchical RLS and published to workspace A. The logic is woking fine in power bi desktop. But it is not working in power bi service. I have added users in security and also given direct access of underlying dataset. When I test role of managers they can access all saslespersons data. Below is the screenshot.

But when I test role of individual person it not showing any data.

So far very little is known about Hierarchical rLS, need to learn about it to solve your problem, if there is any progress I will update here or someone else can help.
