Hi Team - I have multiple Power BI reports (with 2 to 3 tabs in each report) published to service and I have created an app using these reports. All the tabs from all the reports are being shown in the APP. Is there any possibility to show only the required tabs and hide the ones that are not needed for users to view?
For example, I want to show only the tabs highlighted in green and hide other tabs. Please help.
Thanks,
Phani

Hi @PS_78 ,
Regarding your question, page level security is not possible right now, please vote for the idea here.
The audience affects the entire report. It is recommended that you publish two reports, one containing all pages and one hiding the corresponding pages.

Hi @PS_78 ,
Regarding your question, you can hide pages that you don't need to display in Power BI Desktop.
Update your app after republishing to Power BI Service.

Thanks @Anonymous for the reply. I would not prefer to hide them in PBIX file as I need to give access to App for a set of audience and report to a different set of audience. Team that has access to report should see all the tabs where as the team with access to App should see specific tabs.
Thanks,
Phani
