Hi Team,

We are using HTML Content visual as a tool tip on hover of table visual through a DAX measure. Basically tool tip will pop up on hover on each customer (row in a table) and displays additional customer information which was working absolutely fine from an year .All of a sudden the tool tip is not showing details and displaying the error message for few customers as shown below from yesterday.

Adding to our surprise we are not seeing this error on non premium workspace or on desktop version happening only on the report when published on premium workspace.

If you download the pbix file from premium workspace，and open it by Power BI dedktop ,will this question alive?

Hi Lucien,

We are not seeing this issue in desktop version when downloaded from premium workspace also we published the same report to non premium workspace and the issue is not reprodcucebale . Seeing the issue only when published to premium workspace.
