HELP "We could not register this data source for any gateway instances within this cluster.

HI All,

When I try and add a new data source I get the response below:

Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to . Details: "We could not register this data source for any gateway instances within this cluster. Please find more details below about specific errors for each gateway instance."

Please let me know how to trouble shoot

Hi @alisonpappas ,

Seems like on-premise gateway is not updated. You can update it to the lastest version

Refer to this link on how to update on premise gateway:

Download the latest gateways(I think this is the latest one) from links provided here:
