Grant access to different repots for users in the same workspace

Hi all,

How can I grant access to different reports for users in the same workspace?

Thanks

Hi,

if the user has access to the whole workspace, he will see all the reports (unless you assign him to 'viewer' role and you have RLS on specific report). if this is not the case, you can simply go to the specific report and then click Share>Manage permissions> add the users you want.

Hi @ethan_g

End users are not supposed to be added to Workspaces, instead you need to add users to different audiences in a created App. So create an App from the workspace then assign reports to different audiences and finally add your users to audiences.

This is what Apps are meant for beacause a user added to a workspace can view all items in it.
