The issue you're having in the Power BI service is due to some data sources that don't support refresh. Review your data sources and check the supported data sources to compare your data sources with the list of supported data sources in Power BI. You can check the following links:

If your data source is an on-premises file, you may need to install an on-premises data gateway. This allows Power BI to access on-premises data sources. Alternatively, you can upload an on-premises file to an online service, such as OneDrive or SharePoint, and then update the data source connection in Power BI to point to the online file. Or try to clear your browser's cache and cookies.You can refer to the following posts:

Hi. Can you please share more details? what are the data sources? how are you doing the connection? have you tried refreshing the semantic model in PowerBi Desktop file?
