Getting error: Failed to update data source credentials: The credentials provided for the Web source

I'm using sharepoint online as a data source. It connects fine while doing so with Power Bi Desktop. When I publish it to service for configuring refresh, it gives the error as above. I read at many sources that use OAuth2 authentication method while configuration in service but the only 2 authentication method visible to me are Basic & Windows. Does anyone have solution to it?

OATH2 is only available as an option in the service if you ALSO have sepecified it in the desktop.

Remove your data source permission on the desktop, reauthenticate via Organizational Account, and republish.
