Getting Error when install Gateway

We are trying to connect to our on prem server cloudera and trying to install Gateway but getting rights issue trying to register gateway. Does anyone know who we would need to contact? Is this an Azure Admin or Power BI Admin?

You will need to contact Power BI admin and request to enable gateway configuration for your account
