Get-PowerBIWorkspace capacity admin but not tenant admin

Hi, 

I would like to know if it's possible to get all elements like workspaces with Get-PowerBIWorkspace when we are only capacity administrator but not tenant administrator ?

Yes, you can use "Get Capacity" rest api to achieve element of the workspace which has been assigned to users. Refer to: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/capacities/getcapacities#capacityuseraccessright
