Hi there,
I am having an issue with the mapping widget in Power BI.
The Longitude and Latitude is loaded into the PBI Desktop application and the visual comes through fine in the pbix. However, when I upload it to the PBI portal none of the bubbles visualize and it gives an error that some of the long and lat numbers are outside of the allowed range. I checked all of them and there are no issues.
Please advise why this would be happening as it was working find this morning.
Regards,
Paul
@Anonymous,
Which visual did you use? I have tesed it on my local environment, we cannot reproduce this issue.

Charlie Liao
Hi Charlie,
Did you see the Long and Lat coordinates I'm using below? Can you see anything that should be an issue with the data set?
Thanks,
Paul
Hi there,
I'm using the Map visual.
The first image below is what I get on the PBI desktop, the second is what I see when it's uploaded to PowerBI online.
There is also a little exclamation mark in the top left corner that says my longitude and latitude ranges are out, but I've checked all of them (very few) and they are 100%.
Thanks,
Paul
It seems as though this started happening as soon as I updated the PBI Desktop last week...
It now also states on the PBI Desktop that some Long and Lat numbers are out of the range, but I have checked and they aren't...
