Dear all
I have seen that the the most common issues with Power BI reports are:
I installed the Gen 2 app to monitor my Premium Capacity license and set a notification in order to be informed when I reached 100% of my capacity. Which is the case ... I got the message.
However on the visuals on the Gen 2 app, most of kpi are in green. One or 2 workspaces failed to refresh.
1/ So I am wondering why we reached the capacity? is it due to the number of workspaces?
2/ I would like to know how can I check the above mentioned issues on the Gen2 app /visuals?
3/ what kinds of best practices users can do on their workspace to optimize the capacity utlization? i.e. I saw that you can active the caching on the workspaces... Query caching can reduce load on your Premium by reducing the overall number of queries
thank you!

Hi, @Anonymous
As far as I know, Premium Gen2 is capacity based, the allocated workspaces share the total allocated capacity, you can create additional workspaces but the total capacity is limited by the total allocated capacity.
This page provides information about overloads in your capacity. You can use it to establish which Power BI items (such as reports, dashboards, and datasets) cause overload, and which items are affected by this overload.
