Gateway update problem

Good morning, I need help about the On-Premise gateway personal. Approximately 45 days ago, I am having a problem with de automatic update. Sometimes during the week, the problem below happens showing the folloyng message: 
"Erro de fonte de dados: {"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Client_GatewayUnreachable","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Client_GatewayUnreachable","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: MASCARA.

To try to fix this problem I did this things:

- Update the gateway On-premise for the last version in the Server;
- Update the Oracle x Power BI client for the last version;
- I increased the parameter the timeout the PBX files for 600 seconds;
- I reviewed the network and anti-virus settings;
- I changed the settings the Oracle Database about the simultaneous connections;

PS: Remembering this problem happens only sometimes, not all the time. For example, at the last week it happened 3 times. Total updates for the week are 14 (twice a day).

From the error it appears that at some points the Gateway cannot connect to the Oracle server. I would have a ping running on the gateway server to see if connectivity drops out?

Hi @GilbertQ ,

So, I already did tests at the network server and we don't have connections drops between the Power BI Gateway server and the Oracle Server. But you are right, apparently the Gateway drop connection with the Oracle database.
