Gateway erro.

Olá, estou com problemas para atualizar meu conjunto de dados.

Segue imagem dos erros de atualização.  Já atualizei o Gateway.

A última tentativa de atualizar falhou devido a um erro de serviço interno.

A operação do gateway foi cancelada explicitamente pelo usuário ou devido a um tempo limite.

Please post it in English. 

1. Can you update it in the Desktop?

2. Can you update it by manual refresh?

3. Did it ever update successfully?
