I installed On-premise datagateway but I authentication fails after a long time. (probably timeout)

I tried to:
- restart the gateway
- allow every inbound and outbound connection to Microsoft.PowerBI.EnterpriseGateway.exe and EnterpriseGatewayConfigurator.exe
