Gateway Timeout Error

Help me please! When I tried refresh the dataset on service gateway gets an error like this. I'm going crazy.

You can download the file  then refresh it on the powerbi desktop  to check  whether  data source is performing  norminally.

In addition, you can also use Performance Analyzer to examine report element performance.

Hi there

You are getting a timeout error to your data source.

This could be caused by your gateway not connecting to the data source?

Or the data source not responding in time and then timing out.

If you could see if there are any performance improvements you can do on the data source?

And also look to see if you can increase the timeout from the data connection in Power BI?

Joking aside - can you identify the data source that is causing thise error, and can you confirm that that data source is performing nominally?  Most of the time this error points to performance issues at the data source.
