I have access to gateway(part of users list) but when try to create a data source getting error that " The connection you are trying to use has not been shared with you on the on-premise data gateway". Need advise on where do I start the troubleshooting for this error. Thanks in advance!

Hey @Anonymous ,
In a Gateway file, there is the ability to allow users "who can use this data source in published Power BI reports". Therefore, with that message, it would appear that you do not have permissions. If you think that you do have permissions then confirm that you are signed in with the user that has access. Or, you can ask the Gateway Administrator if you have permissions.
Of course, you could re-enter the userid and password and just make sure that they are correct and in the correct format (username@email.com or domain/userid).
