I am unable to connect to my data gateway even though it says it is available and online. This is the exact error I get:

Is anyone else having this gateway issue? Any reports I published today are all experiencing this but reports published before today are able to refresh and are connected to the gateway.
Can you ensure that you have got the latest version of the gateway installed?
And then can you log into the On-Premise Gateway server to make sure it says it is successful?
