Force a refresh on a specific incremental partition

How do I force power bi to refresh an incremental partition.  Regardless of whether the update date time or the creation date matches the incremental policy setup when implemented.  I only want to clear and update one partition at a time.

How can I force a refresh?

I've tried the below xmla but it only appears to refresh if the criteria matches...

{
  "refresh": {
    "type": "automatic",
    "objects": [
      {
        "database": "SALES DATA",
        "table": "SALES",
        "partition": "2023Q41219"
      }
    ]
  }
}

change the type to full.

Refresh command (TMSL) | Microsoft Learn

Note that if you have dependencies (like auto date/time) then the related partitions will be refreshed as well.
