Hi folks
Is there a way to list out what are all the work spaces a single user have permissions, we are on P1 node with more than 150 workspaces. Don't want to do it manually.
I am trying to list out all workspaces a user have access in our organization and mimic those accesses to new user who joined our organization.
Hi, @Anonymous
You can go to the Admin portal->workspaces to view and manage all the workspaces in your organization if you are the admin of your tenant. You can filter the workspaces by name, type, capacity, but you can’t filter them by single users who have access to them.
You can check this case that may help you:

Hi @Anonymous
You can get a list of users who have access to the App Workspace, but you will not be able to find users who have access via an App
You can use the following Power BI REST API to find out details in an App Workspace: SharePoint Folder Connector fails for API 15 - Microsoft Power BI Community
You can then loop through all your app workspaces to find the details.
