Feature Request-E-Mail Subscription support for external e-mail addresses

I read an article in PowerBI blog called Heads up: E-Mail Subscription support for external e-mail addresses is coming soon.  In this article, it indicated "We expect the  functionality to reach commercial cloud tenants the week of 3/2/2020."   We are in the government cloud,  and this functionality is very critical in our operations. When is the  functionality avalible in the government cloud tenants?

To accommodate the requirements of government cloud customers, there are some differences between government plans and commercial plans. It is currently unclear whether this function is available on gov version.
