Had an oddity occur today.
A user who is no longer with our company received an email alert that the OneDrive refresh has been disabled. The email went to her last manager. The manager is asking me what happened.

#1. Current only the author can receive the refresh notice.
#2. I haven't found any function to setting the alert email, perhaps you can submit an idea about this requirement.
#3. The onedrive refresh seems works on excel workbooks who host in sharepoint/onedrive. For these files, onedrive will manage refresh of these files.

I may have the reason, but not a solution.
I think she had copied the report to her own OneDrive separate from the workspace. Now that her accounts are being turned off, refresh is failing.
I believe after a few refresh attempts the option turns off. Not sure how to double-check my theory. Time will tell.
