Failled to create source data MySql on-premises data gateway

Hey guys,

Suddenly, maybe after the last  nov update, i can't refresh my sql connection nor make another source .
Before i hit apply, after creating a new data source, right before authentication methood it says "The credentials are encrypted using the key stored on-premises on the gateway server". I thought, "ok, it's only about credentials".
Then i hit apply and you can see the error

"The MySql source doesn't support encrypted connections"
I know that, and that's why i have in my data source settings this...

Don't know what to do. Can anybody help me?

Thanks a lot

Pedro

The message just saying the credential is not correct, did you make sure the credentials is still valid in your my sql database? If nothing changed but power bi updates, try delete the global permission, and reconnect to database again.

This seems a bug issue. I would recommend you create a support ticket for further debug.
