I have a multitude of Datasets spanning multiple workspaces, with connections to the same cube in Azure Analysis services. These are all connected with the same 'functional' account over OAuth.
We pauze the model every evening, which would explain the issue, but I'm wondering if there is any solution where the dataset does not disable itself.
the majority of these are failing, with the following message:
All of these issues seem to happen at night, before it disabled the refreshing.

I have tried switching to basic Auth, but this is not possible due to some unknown error.
Has anyone run into this before?
Hi @PETER-RDM-ESKA ,
Your issue may be related to token expiration, Microsoft Entra ID (Microsoft Entra ID) OAuth tokens used by many different data sources expire after approximately an hour. Sometimes the token expires before the data finishes loading because the Power BI service waits up to two hours while loading the data. In this case, the data loading process may fail with credential errors. More details can be found in the documentation: Troubleshoot refresh scenarios - Power BI | Microsoft Learn.
If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
Best Regards,
Clara Gong
