Hi Team,
I have a fabric trial capacity. I am trying to setup RLS. as per instruction, I need to gateway and cloud connection to Fixed identity setting. In my semantic model setting, I do not see this gateway and cloud connection setting. Am I missing anything. And Can we not setup RLS without this fixed identity setup.
Thanks,
Pallavi

Did you creates a role in Deskptop yet? if not that's the reason it's showing up. First, you will need to setup some roles before applying the setting here.

Thanks @Kaviraj11 , I found out the issue. I was using default semantic model, thats why it did not show up. Thank you for your reply.

Hi,
For RLS setup, you need to go under security tab as below not settings and for cloud connections, you don't need gateway setup.

Hi @Kaviraj11 , Thanks for your reply. When I select my semantic model->security , it takes me to panel saying RLS has moved to Power BI desktop. Am I missing anything.
Thanks,
