Are you able to export a visualization (i.e. table visualization) to a table in a database?

You can only export date to csv/xlsx, then import that file into a database. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-export
There are many tutorials on the Internet show you how to do that.
