Hi All,
My employer has reasonably asked for a list of users that have access to each power bi app. However when I go to copy and paste each list I see it's not possible to select them all, I'll have to manually type each one. Please does anyone know how to quickly retrieve the list of users??
Thanks!

Hi @CloudMonkey ,
According to my understanding, you want to get the user list who have access to the App,right?
As far as I currently know that is not yet available via a direct feature or an API.The only way to determine who has got access would be to use the Office 365 Audit logs and if the user has accessed the App then they must have the permissions to access the apps.
Additionally, I have found some similar submitted ideas. If you also want this in power bi, let the power bi community to know this things and give your votes at power bi site's feedback -
Rest API Apps list and specific App contents (reports, dashboards, users)
My workround now is : add all necessary users to a single group for easily management:

Hi. I don't think you can copy all users shared in an app with only one ctrl+c. I have checked if you could return users from the APP by API but you can't 😞
Regards
Happy to help!
