Exporting Reports data from command line or other programming language

can we export data from power bi report(having single or multiple visuals) to a xls/csv/txt file using 

• powershell
• commandline
• using any other progaming language
• or any other way

without directly accessing report in the service.

As far as I know, there is not a good idea to export data using other tools. And based on my test, for now, I think you still need to export it in Power BI.

If not export, Can we make any API call to read data from one of the visual in the report?
