Exporting Data from Table Visual from PowerBI online to Excel

Is it possible to export data to excel from a table visual in powerBI service and preserve all the formatting. Or is there any other availble exporting option that will show keep all(maybe some) layout and colors from the visual table?

Also my report user would like to export data from the powerB report visual retaining the default report name as the exported file name. E.g if the name of the report page is named total exployees, the file should be exported with the default file name as total employee. It currently only exports as 'data'.

Lastly, the data is downloaded with "No filter applied" in the bottom row of the exported data. Is it possible to remove that and the report doesn't show "No filter applied" when exported? Thanks

@Jadegirlify You cannot get the visual formatting in the exported data, but you can retrieve the column layout.
The export option with "underlying data" allows you to get the data in a table-formatted layout.

Users can also select the "Data with Current Layout" option to export the data as a CSV file, preserving the column layout. For example, pbxi.{total employees} and cvs.{total employees}.

You can also use paginated report option

Lastly, it is not possible to block the display of the applied filter in the report. However, users can transform the data within Excel as needed.

@Jadegirlify Yes, you can create a paginated report from an existing published report and connect the paginated report table to the main report published.

As for me, I let my user reformat the data in Excel.

@DallasBaba Thanks so much for the feedback. Am I able to create a paginated report from an existing pubished report? Keeping all the filter selections, and not having to build from the scratch?
