Hi All,
I have a below requirement from my client :
To Automate the process of Exporting all the paginated Power BI reports in the workspace into OneDrive or local shared folder path as a separate pdf files for each and every parameters present in the Power BI Report Builder once the refresh of the workspace is completed. We planning to refresh the workspace (all datasets) using powershell once the ETL load completed.
Could anyone help me to get some idea how to create a flow for the above requirement?
Any help much appreciated.
P.S: I found a way to "export to file only for single report" using power automate but I need for all reports in the group workspace
Thanks in Advance!!!

You're in for a nasty surprise. You can do this via Power Automate but it is severely limited to just 8 API calls per day. And frankly it doesn't even manage that - it will throw a 429 at you after just five calls.
Explore doing this via Powershell. Not as convenient but quite a bit more robust.
