Hi @FahmiTUIC ,
Please try below steps:
1. Set up a Power BI subscription:
Go to your report in Power BI Service.
Click on the 'Subscribe' button.
Configure the subscription settings to send the report to an email address that you have access to. You can set the frequency to daily as per your requirement.
Save the subscription.
2. Create a Power Automate Flow:
Go to Power Automate.
Create a new automated flow.
Choose the trigger as 'When a new email arrives' (you can select the specific folder if needed).
Add an action to 'Get attachment' from the email.
Then, add an action to 'Create file' in the department drive directory where you want to save the report.
3. Test your Flow:
Once you've set up the flow, test it by triggering the Power BI subscription manually.
Check if the report is received in the email and subsequently saved to the department drive directory.
4. Monitor and Maintain:
Regularly check the flow runs to ensure it's working as expected.
Make adjustments if there are any changes in the report, email, or drive directory configurations.
Note: email subcribe attached file only have PDF and PowerPoint format file

Why is this marked as a solution? You did nothing but explain a process for something that was specifically not asked for.
1.Create a Subscription:
Open the Power BI service and go to the workspace where your report is located.
Open the report you want to schedule for export.
2. Click on "Subscribe" (Bell Icon):
In the report view, click on the bell icon ("Subscribe") located at the top of the report.
3.Configure Subscription Settings:
Choose the frequency (daily in your case).
Specify the time for the subscription to run.
Select the file format (e.g., PDF, Excel).
Choose the desired export settings.
4.Configure Delivery Settings:
Choose "Attach to email" if you want to receive the report via email.
Choose "Save to a local directory" if you want to save the file to a specific location.
5.Specify Destination Directory:
If you choose to save to a local directory, provide the path to the department drive directory.
6.Save and Finish:
Save your subscription settings.
7.Verify and Test:
Run the subscription manually to verify that the report is exported to the specified location successfully.
